We are a commercial HVAC service company based in Southeast Michigan. Tim and Robby founded Vitality Heating & Cooling in 2025 out of a desire to build a great business focused on treating employees well without the distractions of outside shareholders.

They first worked together at a private-equity owned paving contractor that generated annual revenue well over $100 million. Tim served as CEO and Robby served as CFO and COO of the business. Together, they helped grow the business and achieved record earnings despite many headwinds facing the business during their tenure. The achievement they are most proud of, however, is reducing annual employee turnover from 60% down to 35%, a testament to their willingness to listen to employees and build a culture based on trust.
